DRISS

Driss Skali was born august 1979 in the famous city of Casablanca, Morocco. In 1997, Driss found his passion; Electronic music. His love for music was so intense that he journeyed to Montreal to broaden his horizons and allow him to live for his passion.

Once in Montreal, he got a job at Terminal Records. Being surrounded by established djs, like Preach, Yaz & Miko only fueled his passion further. Over the past decade, Driss has learned to blend minimal house, tech house, and electro to his own blend of house music.

Perfecting his skills allowed him the opportunity to play some of Montreal’s hottest clubs: Buena Notte, Living Room, stereo Bar, Tribe HyperClub, and UpperClub. He also held a successful residency at the worldwide famous, Aria Afterhours.

After having established a solid reputation as a masterful dj, Driss has shared the decks with international Stars like, Steve Lawler, Tiesto, Danny Tenaglia, Mylo, Nick Warren among many others. He also played major events like Sundance Music Festival and the Playa Gathering Tour.

Currently, Driss is enjoying enormous success as a Circus Afterhours resident headlining monthly and playing alongside world-renowned djs on occasion.


TONE DEPTH

After blowing minds with his 2000 debut on Paul Oakenfold’s “Another World” compilation, the then-unknown Tone Depth showed he was a talent to watch.

Six years later, he can count himself among the most innovative and respected electronic music DJ/ producers in the world.

In true fairy-tale fashion, a chance sighting of Paul Oakenfold at an airport led to Tone’s passing along a demo, kicking off what can already be described as an illustrious career: Featured tracks on Yoshitoshi, Bedrock, Alola, Swift, Black Hole recordings, Global Underground and Renaissance, as well as frying up renowned classic remixes like Armin Van Buren’s “Who is Watching” feat. Nadia Ali.

With his releases being played by top Dj’s in clubs worldwide, and demand for his work increasing, Tone Depth is determined to keep honing his live skills on the global club circuit. His high-energy sets raise the bar wherever he lands, from the dancefloors of North America to the Middle East, from Europe to down under.

Whether as a performer or producer, his style is distinct and instantly recognizable, the hallmark of an internationally respected artist.

The continued success of Tone Depth can be attributed to his global presence and universal appeal, rare qualities in what can be a fickle industry. Asked if he feels fate had a hand in his success, he says: “I do believe in fate, and in being in the right place at the right time…but you need to have the goods in hand when an opportunity presents itself.”

With a criminal record of slamming live shows, worldwide recognition, and a relentless work ethic, it is clear that Tone Depth delivers the goods.
